Thank you to Chorley Hospital for welcoming a group of our Year 9 pupils to take part in an NHS Careers day last week!

Our pupils got to participate in a number of activities with professionals from across the hospital, covering areas like nursing, mental health and occupational therapy, while they also got to take a tour of one of the clinics, where they saw doctors in action and viewed areas like surgical preparation and anaesthesia.

It was a really informative day for our pupils, and a valuable experience of the workplace as they build towards making GCSE options choices later this year.
