The end of last term brought a moment of celebration and pride at the school as Headteacher Mrs Oddie recognised five exceptional pupils for their outstanding attitude, attendance, and behaviour. The prestigious Headteacher’s Award, one of the highest accolades given within the school community, was presented to Benjamin, Ace, Izzy, Prince and Ochelle, each of whom demonstrated remarkable commitment and consistently embodied the school’s values.

According to staff, the award winners stood out not only for their academic engagement but also for the positive example they set for their peers. Their dedication, kindness, and resilience were frequently noted throughout the term, making them worthy recipients of the honour.

Mrs Oddie expressed her delight at being able to acknowledge the pupils’ achievements, praising their efforts, and encouraged all pupils to continue striving for excellence in the months ahead.

As the new term begins, anticipation is already building. The Headteacher’s Award will once again be presented at the end of term to pupils who demonstrate the highest standards across school life. With expectations set high and inspiration from last term’s winners, many pupils are already wondering whether they might be next to receive the coveted recognition.
