Four of our Year 11 students had the fantastic opportunity to attend the “F1: STEM, Sport or Business?” lecture at Hutton Grammar delivered by James Allison, Technical Director of the Mercedes AMG PETRONAS Formula One Team!

During the talk, James shared fascinating insights into his career in F1, how a race team operates at the highest level, and the diverse range of pathways into the sport.

Following the lecture, our students were invited to an exclusive meet-and-greet in the Sixth Form Centre, where they had the chance to speak with James individually and ask their own questions — a truly memorable and motivating experience.
