Our Year 7 students were treated to an unforgettable and energising presentation by motivational speaker David Graham, who brought his acclaimed ‘Natural High’ message to life in a way that resonated deeply with our young learners. The event, which complemented our rich PSHE curriculum, was designed to encourage students to reflect on what truly brings them joy, fulfilment, and a sense of purpose — their own personal “Natural High.”
Held in the school hall, the session was a vibrant mix of humour, storytelling, and heartfelt wisdom. David Graham, known for his dynamic and relatable approach, captivated the audience from the moment he stepped on stage. His message was simple yet powerful: everyone has something that makes them feel alive — whether it’s music, sport, creativity, learning, or spending time with loved ones — and it’s important to identify and nurture that passion.
Throughout the presentation, David shared personal stories and examples of individuals who had found their Natural High and used it to overcome challenges, build confidence, and lead positive lives.
