Thank you to the TeenTech Festival and the University of Lancashire for welcoming a group of our Year 9 pupils to their event today.

Our pupils got to take part in an array of STEM-related activities, from production line assembly with Leyland Trucks and sound effects with the BBC, to cyber security with the NHS and stage lighting with Blackpool Grand Theatre.

It was a great day packed with curiosity and learning, and we even managed to pick up an award for 'Most Fun Innovation' based on Arthur's idea for smart devices for pets.

Well done to all who took part for letting your light shine.
